On the 22nd of March 2024 the team co-organised an event to explore the transformative potential of AI in education. The event featured an in-person workshop with a carefully crafted structure to facilitate engagement and knowledge sharing. The event also included two discussion segments, providing a platform for semi-structured conversations on the application of AI in assessment, teaching delivery, and educational content production. To promote networking and the exchange of best practices, the workshop incorporated a poster session, where participants showcased their work and engaged with peers. The event was attended by an audience of nearly 100 participants including AI researchers, developers, educators and policy makers.
