The FairAI4EdTech team shared the findings of the recent survey on Responsible AI in LA across UK Higher Education, highlighting key challenges HE institutions face when adoption LA/PLA systems.
The results were presented during the HESPA Virtual Conference last November as part of the workshop “Embedding Responsible AI in Learning Analytics: From Ethical Principles to Institutional Practice” where participants had the opportunity of engaging with the initial framework tailored to the specific needs of LA in HE, focusing on core principles – such as transparency, privacy, and accountability – and discussing practical approaches to implement them.
