The team has been invited to showcase the progress, findings and latest outcomes at the upcoming GenAI: Adult Learning and Skills Symposium – 30 October 2024, part of the Milton Keynes AI Festival 2024 (supported by the Milton Keynes City Council).

During the event, you will have the opportunity to talk to the OU Fairness Innovation Challenge team, share a word with the researchers carrying out work towards approaching fairness in Higher Education (HE) within the UK and get to know more about the construction of the Responsible AI framework that aims to provide actionable guidance on how to incorporate responsible AI principles effectively in Learning Analytics (LA) initiatives.

Hosted by The Open University, this event will bring together educators, policymakers and technologists to explore how Generative AI can be used to enhance educational opportunities, experiences and outcomes for adults, and also address skills shortages in key areas.

The event will also have opportunities to network at the end of the day with a reception.
